TECHLINK WiresXS HDMI

The new TECHLINK WiresXS HDMI lead is a revolutionary cable designed to maximise picture quality within the very best home cinema applications. This high-tech cable comfortably exceeds full 1080i/p HD bandwidth (up to 4K x 2K resolution) and offers TECHLINK’s unique WiresXS RFI (Radio Frequency Interference) suppression clamps.

The clamps eliminate signal degradation due to both air-borne and system-borne RFI. Each Ferrite Ring offers excellent RFI suppression up to GHz frequencies without influencing critical digital carrier transmission of the cable. The benefits include deeper colour saturation and contrast, reduced picture granularity and substantially reduced image noise when compared to standard unsuppressed HDMI leads.

After extensive testing of various conductors, the new WiresXS HDMI is wired with high-purity oxygen free copper conductors woven up to 300% higher gauge than standard HDMI leads. Naturally this flagship HDMI cable also features TECHLINK’s high-tech FPE (foam polyethylene) insulation to eliminate conductor cross-talk and has individual aluminium and Mylar foil shielding around all of the primary signal cables. The conductor bundle is wrapped in an a secondary outer aluminium and Mylar foil shield and enclosed in a full copper braid for 100% interference rejection.

The WiresXS HDMI PVC outer jacket and woven nylon cover offer exceptional strain relief to protect the conductors from bending fatigue and each cable is terminated in hand-finished all-metal HDMI plugs. These mirror-finish connectors also help to improve RF rejection and feature fully gold plated terminals (not just the outer conductor like some manufacturers). This gives superior signal transfer and very high corrosion resistance over time.
